ContactAbout

Just a short 45-minute drive from Nairobi, nestled in the charming village of Ngecha, lies Mlango Farm. This organic vegetable farm is a haven for nature enthusiasts and welcomes visitors to immerse themselves in the beauty of the environment. It’s the perfect destination to unwind and bask in the tranquility of rural life. At Mlango Farm, you’ll experience the warm African atmosphere blended with the cozy Dutch concept of “gezelligheid.”

What was once neglected family land has been transformed since 2007 into a thriving oasis of fruit trees and bountiful crops. Today, Mlango Farm stands as a testament to the power of nurturing the land and reaping the rewards of healthy, organic produce. All our harvests are proudly sold in Nairobi, ensuring that our community enjoys the freshest and most nutritious food available.

We invite you to book an appointment and embark on a guided tour of our farm. Witness firsthand how we cultivate our vegetables and embrace the joys of outdoor living. Don’t forget to wear comfortable walking shoes, and during the rainy season, be prepared for a little mud!

For children, Mlango Farm is a treasure trove of freedom, discovery, and learning. They can interact with and feed our friendly animals, participate in planting activities, indulge in birdwatching, gain insights into agriculture, and even take part in cooking classes using our biogas or campfire facilities.

Are you interested in learning about permaculture and starting your own farming journey? Even with a small kitchen garden, you can grow your own fresh and delicious vegetables. Stay connected with us on social media to stay updated on the trainings and workshops offered here at Mlango Farm.

Karibu sana! We warmly welcome you to Mlango Farm, where nature’s bounty and a sense of community come together in perfect harmony.

We have visited your farm in the past and found it absolutely fascinating and amazing place. We would like to ask, if it is possible to order a basket of your veggies to Nairobi every week?.
Sonia

Kind regards and congratulations again on the amazing baskets you deliver us, it is a delight each week to take out all the vegetables and admire them (and then cook and eat them of course!).
